• Should communicate effectively in English and local language.
• Should be conversant with use of computer & MSOffice
• Should have clean background.
• Should be familiar with GPS technology .
• Driver passport updating to include driver's appraisal, details of trips, violations, crashes, specific training requirements etc. Format for Driver Passport is given as Annexure
• Records of incidents/ crashes/ Feedback from driver to be taken as input for Route Risk Assessment
