In view of the fast industrialization and urbanization globally and the resultant damages, the need for effective and scientific Safety practices has been acknowledged to mitigate the possible damages to man and machinery.
Realizing
the need for such professional courses, NIFS under
the aegis of Sri Santeshwar Baba Institute of Higher Studies (SSBIHS) has
started with a modest beginning of 3 centers with professional courses, viz. Diplomas
and Post Graduate Diplomas in Fire, Health, Safety &
Environmental Educations besides Two years MBA in Safety Management and Three years
B.Sc programs in India in 2001. NIFS has been able to establish around 85+
centers in 23 states in India by 2018. It is only possible because of its
innovative, collaborative and multidisciplinary approach that helped NIFS to
achieve an unrivaled Safety position in India. The Institute is steadily
updating its programs; simultaneously sophisticating it's infra to reach global
standards. It is gratifying to see that the Institute is trifocal, vision-

In-house and Corporate Training,
Consultancy, Designing, installation, staffing, operations and all kinds
of Safety Audits including
HIRA Audits on a turnkey basis to cater to the needs of national and MNC
establishments in India.
