Job Location: PRESTIGE HIGH FIELDS, NANAKRAMGUDA
Requirement Details:
Designation: FIRE WARDEN / SUPERVISORS
Number of Vacancies: 4 POSITIONS
Qualification: ITI or DIPLOMA with UNIVERSITY RECOGNISED FIRE SAFETY CERTIFICATION.
Work Experience : 0-3 YRS
Salary : 1.8 LPA to 3.00 LPA
Key Skills :
• Fire Fighting & Supervision of the Pump Room process
• Must have exposure working with Clients.
• Must have good communication skills and should know Telugu, Hindi, and English languages.
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Must be willing to work rotational shifts
Roles & responsibilities:
• Being alert to any issues with general fire precautions in their work area.
• Providing advice or suggestions to the employer’s risk assessment based on your knowledge and experience.
• Knowing how to react to a fire emergency in their work area.
• Having a good knowledge of the escape routes in their work area.
• Knowing how to raise a fire alarm.
• Knowing when and how to call emergency services.
• Helping to guide their colleagues towards safe fire escapes.
• Advising management or the emergency services immediately if there are any people unable to exit the building, and ensuring that this is given priority.
• Ensuring that those with disabilities, or other colleagues who require help, receive assistance to escape.
• When at the assembly point, ensure that those from their work area do not return until it is safe to do so.
• Carrying out fire drills.
• Monitor pump room equipment for pressure and maintenance.
